From architecture and design to cuisine, San Gregorio restaurant embodies our wish to serve as ambassadors for the Irpinia region. In the main room, the custom-designed tables are placed before seven long communal tables which were once used for ceramic processing. In the center, the Nest - an impressive 4-meter-high, 13-meter-wide cocoon made from chestnut branches sourced from the region's lush woods which encloses the Sommelier's table (the winery version of the Chef's table). An architectural intuition clearly evoking the surrounding forest, once again blurring the line between inside and outside and giving guests a sense of nature's amazing power.
