From Wednesday dinner and Saturday and Sunday lunch, guests can explore the cuisine of San Gregorio Restaurant through three tasting menus—two four-course options, one of which is entirely plant-based, and a six-course menu. Alternatively, they can be amazed by the Heritage experience: eight “freehand” courses paired with eight wines from Tenute Capaldo, personally curated by the Sommelier.
